How the perk works:
1. After taking the perk, each shotgun from the game - Combat Shotgun (incl. Anchorage Sim version), The Terrible Shotgun, Sawed-Off Shotgun, The Kneecapper and Double-barrel Shotgun from PL DLC will have 25% chance to knock an enemy back.
2. DLC04NonPlayerDamageAdd is no longer functional on Double-barrel Shotguns. This is in your advantage since the enemies won't have a whopping 315 extra damage against you if all 9 pellets strike you.
3. The effect works only against your enemies - if a raider/tribal/creeper (etc.) fire his shotgun, you cannot be knocked down.

I tried to implement this as an ability (inside the perk) but it did not work unfortunately, so I had to change it as an Object effect for each shotgun.
That being said, the perk will work only on vanilla shotguns - your Pancor Jackhammer will not be affected.

Weapon degradation decreased up to 1/3 for all vanilla shotguns; you'll fire up to 3x more shots before weapon breaks (roughly 395 shots per shotgun).

Spread decreased 5->2.2, AP 35->27 - Double Barreled Shotgun
Fire rate x2 for Terrible Shotgun (double time!) damage decreased 80->65 (guess why).
