I've put this mod in Bug Fixes category, because after playing FO4 I consider this inequity as a bug.

It was kinda frustrating for me when I've returned to the previously cleaned location after it has respawned, killed all raiders there, spending a bunch of ammo, frag grenades and a couple of stimpaks, just to find the safe, which I've looted before, standing there, open and empty. So I've made this simple mod, which locks the previously looted safes and fills them with loot each time the cell respawns.
Now the Lockpicking skill has a little more sense!
