Small fix for the bobblehead stands in the vanilla Megaton and Tenpenny player houses for people who use both FWE and DC Interiors - A Room With A View

This file contains a compatibility fix for the scripts on the bobblehead stands in the two vanilla FO3 player houses in Megaton and Tenpenny Suites, and allows the house in ARWAV to work nicely with them. Bobbleheads shown on one stand will show on them all, and removing them from any will also remove them from all.
Obviously requires both Fallout Wanderer's Edition and DC Interiors - A Room With A View.
The only files touched in this mod are the scripts running on the two vanilla bobblehead stands, so there should be no issues unless something else touches those files - in which case, things will definitely break.
This patch should be set to load after both FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esp and DCInt_ARoomWithAView.esp.
