When I noticed that the Pint Sized Slashers Mask was actually a Clown Mask,
I had to make my own special version Klowneer's Mask, Cuz I am Klowneer. 

Any way what this Mod does is take the Pint Sized Slashers Mask, renames it and changes the attributes a bit,
as in it is no longer non-removable you can take it off, and it is enhanced to give better stats. 

is for regular Fallout 3, with no Special requirements.

to install just copy the .esp into you fallout data folder, then click the box next to it in data files loader
and use the Code 000340FC to get the Mask.

Has not been Fully Tested use at your own risk..
