Simple mod that makes gauss rifle work with tesla armor's backpack.

For some reason the gauss rifle fills a backpack slot and thus removes tesla armor backpack when worn. This mod fixes it.
Installation: place the gaussrifle backpack fix.esp to fallout 3/Data and enable the esp on nexusmods or any tool you are using.
