About:

Evil Roy Phillips II is a updated of two older mods of Mine(Evil Roy Phillips and Michael Masters Going Nuts For No Reason Bug Fix) that have been merged into one!! With some added bonuses! :D

For one, Phillips now has a unique set of armor called "Loner's Leather Armor"(guess what I've been playing) along with setting his karma to evil. Michael Masters has also been changed to wear more ragged leather armor as well as fixing the bug with him early going ape shit for no reason, making the so called "peaceful" solution in the Tenpenny Tower quest impossible. OH YEAH...Check that locked footlocker in that old fridge...might find something super useful in there...

I have a few unfinished mods/updated version I plan to finish and put out sometime soon..So stay tuned..


Evil Roy Phillips

It always bugged Me how Roy Phillips, this guy who kills everyone(including Herbert Daring Dashwood!) in Tenpenny Tower after all the shit you have to go though to get this asshole and his friends in peacefully and is okay with, and happy to nuke and murder everyone in Megaton, yet the f**ker has good karma? The f**k is going on here?! And if you kill him you LOSE karma!! O_o

So I've changed his karma alignment from good to evil, like it should be!

Michael Masters Going Nuts For No Reason Bug Fix

This part mod fixes the rare bug with Michael Masters being hostile for no reason, thus making the so called "peaceful" solution in the Tenpenny Tower quest impossible.
