Outside of Vault 101 will be a garbage can that can dispense 65,535 caps at a time. I couldn't enter a value more than that number though. The container will respawn, although 60,000+ caps is still an incredible amount of caps.

Whenever ready you can uninstall the mod to make the garbage can disappear, and you will keep all caps.
