Original Mod
This is a customized FWE version of the original ammo limit mod seen above.
I'll also include a version which also limits the amount of stealth boys and explosives you can carry.

Darts - 5/5 (Makes no sense but darts are pretty OP in FWE)

Shotgun Shells - 15/15
Railway Spikes - 30/30
Missiles - 10/10
BB - 1000/1000
Alien Power Cell - 10/10

These are quite hardcore settings and are balanced for high damage gameplay.
You can fairly easily customize the limits ourself by opening the script with GECK.
Script can found by the name of "H52AmmoLimit"

- Download with NMM and activate or manually drag the esp to your data folder.
