A small modification to the Museum of History Entrance navmesh.

This is a small modification to the Museum of History Entrance navmesh, it simply removes navmesh cells from behind the main entrance to Underworld, , and rebuild stairs navmesh this aims to stop NPCs from getting trapped in the area behind the doors.
