More Description
Overall players will have more control over their gameplay experience allowing them to spend less time progressing and finishing any single playthrough.

Players can move at very high speed while in sneak mode. This allows players to pick their battles and retreat from combat if they desire. It also allows players to greatly reduce travel time if getting to destinations is the current primary goal. Essentially players can skip parts of the game they wish to spend less time on, eg the beginning tutorial phase before leaving the vault.

All weapons do much greater damage and enemies can be stun locked, in addition to high movement speed while sneaking, allowing for more combat options. All weapons become far more useful, especially those with rapid fire, making battles very brief and more exciting.

Specific Tweaks
  • Player is immune to limb damage except when hit by explosions or fall damage
  • Drastically reduced maximum and starting limb HP on all characters
  • Repeatedly damaging a crippled torso has a 99% chance to cause stun
  • All limbs receive triple damage, on player and enemies
  • Doubled the starting base HP of the player
  • Increased the sneak movement multiplier to 400%

Side Effects
  • Survival is more challenging as it requires more/more-powerful healing to fully restore HP regularly
  • Players who choose to use sneak mode for stealth or steady play will find it more difficult as it is now high speed
  • Violent swaying of our weapon while moving in sneak mode is very annoying (so I suggest holstering the weapon)
  • When moving very fast along angled terrain, eg down hill, sometimes the player will float temporarily and take fall damage
  • NPCs who crouch/sneak and move will also go very fast
  • I have noticed 1 rare occasion where an enemy crouched during a VATS attack and seemed to avoid damage

Other Comments
This mod is inspired by my gaming preference to avoid slow and sluggish gameplay. Further inspiration came from id Software's very first Wolfenstein3D and Doom games. The intention with this mod is to create a gameplay experience that is fast, has good flow, our actions carry far more value, yet the game is still challenging overall.
