This simple small mod makes all followers ( and temporary followers like Sticky, Sydney, Red, etc as well) essential and all of their skills are reached MAX level (and S.P.E.C.I.A.L. parameters too).
ATTENTION: make sure the .esp file is in the end of load order! (or at least after the mods mentioned below)
MOD TURNS FOLLOWERS' NAMES INTO RUSSIAN ONES, I will fix that, don't get harsh, please.
