This file introduces a small story around Stockholm (Megaton’s sentry man) and his wife and it adds the Stockholm’s house at the entrance of Megaton. This house can be used as a player house until other houses can be available. The house has the basics: A bed and some storage capacity (no respawning).

You can’t miss thehouse. When you enter Megaton, the house is on your left side. Most of the Megaton mods leave that spot empty, so probably there will be no conflicts.

As far as I testedthe house is companion friendly. It also pretends to be completely “Lore Friendly”, you can find Stockholm’s wife between Megaton and Springfield, and a couple of letters that will explain the all story.

Somehow this is apart of a bigger mod that I have been using/developing, mostly as an “add on” to the mod More2Megaton ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/15087/? ) by NDCowdy , burning the last shells in Fallout 3 before moving to Fallout 4. This project pretends to convert Megaton in a growing Town, with more people and stores using already existing resources available on Nexus. Since I still didn’t receive the approval of some authors, probably will never be released. For those o still play Fallout 3, I hope you will enjoy this simple one.
 
Install: Put the “esp”file in the Data directory and activate it on your manager (I use FOMM).
Uninstall: Delete the “esp” file.
