About this mod

A fallout 3 version of the Sanctuary Hills home From the E3 presentation of Fallout 4.

Permissions and credits
I've attempted to recreate the Sole Survivor's (pre war) Sanctuary Hills home from Fallout 4. I went over the E3 footage numerous times and tried my best to place what objects I could to make it similar to the footage. Obviously Fallout 3 does not contain many of the textures, and clutter items; so there was some improvising and downright exclusion of certain things.

I'm releasing this mod as is. I didn't really get a chance to do everything I would have liked to with it. (namely custom textures, furniture, etc) However it is in playable condition, navmeshed, and can be used as a player home. It contains ample amount of containers to store stuff in, and includes Codsworth the robotic butler. It also contains a radio for each of the vanilla radio stations in the living room. Instead of the side door by the kitchen going outside, it simply goes to a small storage room. The room contains containers, and a workbench. I didn't really do much testing, so if major issues arise, I may be persuaded to go back and fix them. However like a lot of people; as soon as Fallout 4 drops I will probably be engrossed in that for a while. (as well as eventually making mods for it)

The door to get into the house is in Springvale. It is a simply a door frame with a door located diagonally across the street from the red rocket station. The door is crooked for a reason... it faces northwest when entering the house, just like the front door for the house in the E3 footage. :) The key to the door is in a safe behind the Red Rocket station. Look near the burnt out cars and dumpsters. warning: opening the safe sometimes makes a loud crashing sound. collision of the safe and nearby ruined car I assume.

Requirements:
============

-None, it only uses the base game

known issues:
============

- If you mess around with the bookshelf or bump into it in just the right way the books and stuff go everywhere. (common problem in fallout 3 though...) avoid moving or bumping into the books. I've tried to keep the navmesh away from the bookshelf as well, hopefully your followers don't bump it either.

-Codsworth doesn't seem to move around the house much. And when he does, he often stays in one spot for extended times. Not really a serious issue, but kind of annoying.

Legal stuff:

I honestly don't mind if you would like to alter, or use this mod in one of your own mods. Would appreciate credit for it if you do. would love to see someone mod in the proper textures, and make this look more like the actual Fallout 4 house! Who knows the house in the final game may be drastically different as well.
