This mod requires roland3710's Customizable Warhammer 40K Conversion (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/14351/?) to be already installed prior to this patch's installation. roland3710's mod is an overhaul of Fallout 3 that replaces wasteland factions/creatures with Warhammer 40K equivalents, and lets you choose which ones you use.

This mod fixes a number of leveled list, texture, mesh, animation, inventory icon, item availability, and perk description errors, among other things in roland3710's Customizable Warhammer 40K Customization. I also made Vendors stock more ammunition, and stock ammunition types they never used to in large enough numbers (like slugs).

If you use a raider replacement esp in roland3710's mod that replaces the raiders with a faction other than the Black Legion, put that esp lower in your load order than WIA-Vendor-Perk-Weapon Fixes.esp, otherwise your chosen faction will use Space Marine weaponry.

I also set up a download mirror of JQ's warhammer 40K mod (which many players could not find for the meshes and textures) at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B5YKGg_G-geeMDhJdWJjdWV5Skk?resourcekey=0-NpbSTHSxkzhJlfpJVzSscw&usp=sharing, so you can download and install JQ's mod for the missing textures in roland3710's mod. You do not need to use his .esps if you only want the meshes and textures, but his .esps add a cool drop pod area north of old olney (although the weaponry there is technically different from what exists in roland3710's mod). JQ's work is not mine, I take no credit for it, and he did not want it packaged in other mods, which is why I set up an external download of his entire mod.

Install
1) Move the files into your fallout 3 data folder
2) let the new files overwrite the old ones (if no overwrites occur, you have installed incorrectly)
3) check WIA-Vendor-Perk-Weapon Fixes.esp in your load order
4) play the game

This is still in alpha development while I'm hunting out all the bugs that exist, so if you find any still in the game leave a comment in posts, and i'll try to fix it in a later release.

I take no credit for this, it's all entirely based on other people's work, and would not be here if they hadn't done their mods. I'm just fixing problems left behind now that the original creator is gone. Don't bother to leave an endorsement - that doesn't matter to me. Just play roland3710's mod and enjoy it.

A list of some of the fixes in this modmod:
1) Bolter Rifles, Bolter Pistols, Storm Bolters, and Heavy Bolters now use the proper reload animation
2) Heavy Flamers, Storm Bolters, and Missile Launchers now use the correct inventory icon
3) Storm Bolters, Heavy Flamers, and Lascannons are now obtainable from vendors and NPC opponents
4) Weapons with missing/improper meshes now have the correct model
5) NPCs called in with the WI-Commander plugin now have proper tagged skills (Space Marine Devastators did not have big guns as a tagged skill, among others)
6) Black Legion Chaos Space Marines no longer use Cultist weapons sometimes, and Cultists no longer use Space Marine weaponry
