About this mod
This mod removes the 'owned' setting from all items found in Lucky's convenience store.

Intro:
The scavenger in Lucky's store appears to be just looking for whiskey so I really don't believe the store and its contents belong to him.
It kind of annoyed me that the majority of the loot lying around inside Lucky's would need to be stolen, despite there being no legitimate owner that I could find.
For this reason I edited the setting so now all items in Lucky's are no longer 'owned'.
Just drop the .esp to your data folder and activate it in your mod manager. This mod edits absolutely nothing else.
