Adds a Safe just to the outside of Megaton, holding a OP Lazer Rifle, 1000 Microfusion Cells, and a Note. Enjoy!

Just outside to the right of the Megaton Gate, and the Protectron, in a small safe. Inside of the Safe, there is the OP Lazer Rifle (I know its Laser, not Lazer, but thats the way I've spelt it because I felt like it :P) along with 1,000 Microfusion Cells, and a Special note just for the player from me
