Altered some values on these great weapons by hal2000mhz

INTRO:

So, hal2000mhz made this amazing mod called Junk Metal Schematics, it has its own original schematics and models, its a great addition to the game.
The original mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/3907/

However, the damage values were.. off, and the first weapon you come across at Moira's when you're only level 2 or 3 was a 2h sword that did enough damage for a level 10-15 to want to use and you could just pick it up and kill everyone in one hit, so I lowered the damage values and attack speeds on all the weapons to match progression and whatnot and make these weapons a more legit addition to the game :)

Please leave a comment with thoughts on what I'm doing here, its the first and only update to this great mod that I've seen and I'd like to
know that other people who wanted this are getting what they felt that mod needed.

THE FILES:

One file will simply change the weapon's damage and animation/attack speed. Simple and for those who just want to go and grab the weapon and use it.

The other file will do that too, but too make it more realistic also adds ownership to some of the weapons where they can be found in the world so they have to be stolen if you are naughty ;) or if you're good and you want to find the schematic and craft the weapon for yourself like a nice person, you can then do that too :)

WHAT TO DO:

Step 1: Go get the original mod, put all of its stuff in your fo3 data folder and load up the game.
Step 2: Realize once you get to moira's that youre the most op level 2 wastelander and find yourself becoming bloodthirsty.
Step 3: Feel regret for killing the town, load a previous save, copy this version of the file over the top of the original, and feel happy :D

THINGS TO COME:
Considering another file that also lowers the durability on the weapons found in the world to be pretty low, considering how much damage they can do at full durability, AND, also lower each weapon's max durability a tincy wincy tiny bit so they don't take quite as long to wear down, but not so much that they need repairs every 5 minutes.
