A rather crude FO3 version of my Shut Up HUD for New Vegas.
This one is all-in-one with no optional files because I'm lazy (though if anyone wants to fiddle with it, feel free.)
Thus, all FO3 DLC is required. (That's Mothership Zeta, Broken Steel, The Pitt, Operation Anchorage and Point Lookout, for anyone wondering.)

It removes various irritating sounds and messages, namely:

- Karma messages.
- most (short-ish) pop-up boxes with only an "OK" button
- bobblehead messages
- "Follower dead/leaving" messages
- "DLC loaded" messages

- Karma sounds.
- quest related sounds (new/updated/completed)
- experience sound
- perk sounds
- (hopefully) crit sound
- chem sounds (addicted/worn off)


I haven't played with this extensively but during the few hours it's been in use I haven't run into any issues.

Note: I'm using Darnified UI which makes the HUD more pleasant to look at and lets you add various information, as seen on the screenshots. My mod here doesn't add anything or change appearance.
