Requires the Point Lookout DLC.
Nothing too fancy, this is just the Union counterpart of the Confederate hat from the Point Lookout DLC. It's only a retexture, hence the requirement.
Since the Confederate hat was pretty much useless, I took the liberty to make it, as well as my new Union cap, as resilient as your average combat helmet. Not exactly realistic, but there would be little point in wearing their former crappy selves.
You can find four of each in Abraham Washington's museum in Rivet City.
How to install : drop the Data folder in your Fallout 3 main folder.
