Howard enb is a preset thought and maded for Dc Moods mod, so obviously it is vital to the enb,
It features:
-Realistic and corrected colors with sharpen textures
-Not invasive and vastly enhanched anamorphic flares.
-Cinematic DoF with no tilt shif effect just the good ol' bokeh.
-Volumetric sun rays.
-Realistic nights and interiors.
-NO Letterbox black bars for a clean 16:9 experience.
This enb is maded with my taste. So don't ask hunderds of modification the only one i can offer is to make a letterbox version.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Obviously you don't need a titan-x sli system but a solid build will run a lot better, anyway, this is still playable. It depends on your specs, i personally got 60 to 45 (it depends on the location zone and various graphic mods you got):

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (overclocked)
16 gb ram
The Preset is working with .267 version of enb series for fallout, installing an enb should be simple buuuut to prevent newbie questions:
Copy all the files from Howard Enb Folder to your Fallout 3 Directory (NOT data folder) then download from enbdev.com
the v.267, after you downloaded it open the folder and click Wrapper version, copy ONLY the d3d9.dll in Fallout 3 directory (again, the exe one)
THE LATEST BINARY SHOULD WORK FINE. (278.)
REQUIREMENTS:
USE DC MOODS NOT THE ENB ONE.
>I don't know if it work with realistic lighting overhaul take a try but i can assure you that this preset have pretty much realistic dark and light optimized interiors.
I reccomend:
Using textures mod like NMC's.
Fallout street Lights.
Flashlights for moody and scary atmosphere in the nights or interiors.
