Just a quickly done 3day weapon addon. A crossbow that shoots superheated railway spikes similar to the resistance crossbow from Half Life 2.

Alright.
There it is, a Railwayspike shooting crossbow. I felt like a crossbow type weapon was missing from Fallout 3 for quite some time. So I actually sat down and learned a bit into the engine. Too bad custom reload animations are a bitch, limited amount of animations and such, otherwise it'd be a 2hand rifle.
Either way, this is pretty much a combination of the DartGun and the RailwayRifle. Maybe, once I've figured out how to create properly working scripts, and I got enough motivation, I'll make it a craftable with schematics etc.
Location:
Bought from Flak'n'Shrapnel, Lidya Montenegro, or Moira. Either of those should have it in their vendor chest. Additional to that there is a copy in the Tenpenny house, and one in the Megaton equivalent.
It can be repaired with the following parts:
Hunting Rifles,
Scrap Metal,
Surgical Tubing,
Crutches,
Dart Guns,
and Fission Batteries.
Installation:
Merely copy over the content of the .zip to your Fallout 3 Folder, or let the ModManager do it for you. And don't forget to enable the RailBow.esp
