This mod adds a Workshop based on the garage/workshop seen in the Fallout 4 trailer and
screenshots. It comes complete with everything you'll need to begin living in it.
It is in an exterior cell and has no interiors, completly open to the outside.
It is located close to Evergreen Mills.

Bed for the player to rest
Workbench
My First Infirmary
My First Laboratory
Power Armor Rack
Working Light Switches
Nuka Fridge & Normal Fridge
Nuka Machine
GNR & Enclave Radio's
Plenty of storage for all your gear/goods
