A small perk mod that allows you to cheat death. Much like the phoenix when faced with death you may renew yourself with a blaze of regenerative fire.

Features:
Project Phoenix is a perk mod which grants you the rebirth abilty of the fabled phoenix allowing you to cheat death. For a more detailed description please refere to the walkthrough & spoilers section at the bottom of this readme.
Installation:
Place both the .esp and sound file into your fallout 3 data folder. If a sound file already exists simply merge files when prompted.
Known Issues:
For some unknow reason this mod causes issues with your initial S.P.E.C.I.A.L. selection causing each stat to start at a random value (other than the defult 5). This may be avoided by ensuring the mod is not loaded prior to the compleation of the vault 101 tutorial. It should be noted that this issue may also be solved via the use of the stat revsion menu as you leave vault 101.

Walkthrough & Spoilers:
In order to obtain the perk you must interact with Dr. Hartnell's Machine, which may be located at Springvale in the second ruined house to your right as you leave vault 101 (it's the one with the locked trapdoor inside). Activation of the machine will reward you with the perk and set your Radiation Rads to 901, effectivly killing you and trigering a rebirth.
A rebirth will randomize your stats and give you the option to change your face (via showracemenu). In addition to this the perk makes you immune to fire damage and a rebirth will always result in a high intelligence (with a 25% chance of either a value of 7, 8, 9 or 10).
*Death is defined as a health value of < 15% or a radiation rads value of > 900.
