This is sort of a re-upload of a file that I deleted. The other was a bit over-saturated and less polished. This works with RWL, DC moods, and Fellout.

VIDEO EXAMPLE:
DESCRIPTION:
This is a SweetFX setting for those like me who can't run ENB without melting their computer or dropping down to unplayable framerates. I used to have a file called PFVE which was the same thing but not nearly as polished or compatible with multiple weather mods.
It has been tested with DC Moods, RWL, and Fellout with similar results.
INSTALLATION:
You'll need SweetFX installed to your game. If you don't know how just google it. Once you have it just replace the SweetFXsettings.txt with mine.
In order to make it work with an ENB you'll need to change the name of the .dll and link it in the enblocal.ini under proxylibrary.
DISCLAIMER:
Results may vary. I play on a separate TV screen so it may have slightly tweaked colors. If your's is too blue (the prominent color I edited) you should go into the SweetFXsettings.txt file and tweak the LiftGammaGain settings to your liking. You'll most likely just need to alter the blue in Gamma.
