Replaces the static ashtrays that have partially smoked cigars with pickable and placeable ones. I've always wanted to be able to decorate the player home with the ashtrays with partially smoked cigars emitting smoke that are placed as statics in the game world. This mod makes a clutter item with that ashtray model as the base and replaces all placed statics with it. Many thanks to pixelhate and GhostNull for helping out!

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp. Alternatively, use FOMM, Nexus Mod Manager or Wrye Flash and place a checkmark beside the .esp.

Uninstall

1. Delete the files associated with the mod in (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
