categories.dat updated file for use with Mod Organizer for use with Fallout 3.

categories.dat updated file for use with Mod Organizer.
Use: updates Mod Organizer's Categories to reference; http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/categories
Notes: For changes to take effect you'd most likely want to
remove->reinstall your mod lists. Parent ID's and default original
hierarchies have been zero (0'ed) out and uses the category listing the
Skyrim Nexus Mods uses.
Install: Merge/Replace/Copy file to your ..\Mod Organizer\ Folder.
Also added updated ones for other BethSoft/MO supported games:
