  I've always like Point Lookout the most out of all fallout DLCs, also I've liked it the most as an area. Its dark and murky feel I think is just as cool as it gets in fallout. I've always wanted a home there but not very convenient having to take a boat back to DC whenever I want to do anything.
So with this mod I've tried to bring a little bit of Point Lookout into The Capital Wasteland. 

Its located just north of Smith & Casey's garage. The door will be locked but its no mystery where the key is.
Two things added that you can find with mod is a custom, re-textured assault shotgun called "The End" & ported New Vegas Outfit.
