Overview:

A collapsed tunnel leading to a homely place, fitted with a bit of storage, a bed, and a nice view of Paradise Falls.
Navmeshed.(Best as I could, sorry if there are problems with it)

Location:
This time, you're gonna have to "struggle" a bit to find it. The actual place will be easy as hell to see, but the entrance might be trickier to find. I've added a pic to help you out but in order to keep it lore-friendly, I'm not serving the locations on a silver platter anymore :3

Well, this is a mod I made to kind of fuel the fire. I am currently working on a freaking massive mod and I worked and worked and worked on it and thought "hey, I didn't give anything to the people in a while, so let's take a break from this whale-sized mod and make some of the things I know how to do and like to do", so there you go!
