Overview
====================
This mod stops NPCs from using smoking idle animations.

There are three different versions of this mod; only use one of them. Do not activate multiple versions of this mod at the same time.

====================
Version A: No Smoking
====================
Prevents all NPCs in the game from smoking cigarettes. Also affects DLC characters.

====================
Version B: No Smoking with Exceptions
====================
Only certain NPCs will smoke cigarettes. Smoking NPCs include:

====================
Version C: No Smoking No Cigars

Prevents all NPCs in the game from smoking cigarettes. Also affects DLC characters.

Replaces all the static ashtrays with lit, smokey cigars with regular ashtrays. Empty static ashtrays are placed in the Anchorage simulation.

See Also: Stand-alone Smoking NPC Bug Fix
====================
If the effects of this mod are too severe, and you're looking for something more lore-friendly, check out Smoking NPC Bug Fix instead, which makes it so only NPCs listed by Bethesda as smokers as part of their "SmokerFaction" will smoke.  Do not use the Bug Fix in combination with this mod; the bug fix is a stand-alone file and will conflict with this mod.

====================
Installation
====================
Download one of the files and extract the .esp to your Fallout 3\Data folder. Activate the .esp through your game launcher or mod manager.

====================
Requirements
====================
All of the mods should work fine without the DLC, but they do affect Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, Broken Steel, and/or Point Lookout depending on which file you've decided to use.

====================
Bugs/Conflicts
====================
Do not use this mod in combination with "Smoking NPC Bug Fix", as they will conflict with each other.

May conflict with other mods based on your load order. Help make this mod better by reporting any bugs caused by this mod.

====================
