If you like to play FO3 a lot in sneak/stealth mode then this mod might be of interest to you. What it does is disable the option to sit as well as sleep while in sneak mode. The options will still show in your hud but if you try to select either of them you will discover that they are disabled. Why you may ask would this be of value? Well if you are playing as a stealthy character and in sneak mode and you see an item you would like to grab or steal but it's on or near furniture making it difficult to pickup without possibly selecting sit by mistake. And when you do this there just happens to be an enemy close to you. Well you get the picture. So this just makes it so you do not have to be exactly precise when grabbing an item. This is also especially helpful when there are a number of items such as chemicals sitting on a bed. You will no longer have to compete with the sleep option when attempting to pick each of those items up. Now if you want to sit or sleep all you need to do is get out of sneak mode and the sit and sleep functions work as normal.

Installation is simple but please note that Fose is required for it to work. Just either install directly using NMM or uncompress the 7Zip file and put the esm in your FO3 Data folder. Then make sure that you select it and make it active in whatever mod manager you use. To uninstall the mod just remove it from your load order and remove it from your FO3 data folder.

When in game, after about 2-3 seconds an item will appear inside your inventory, under Apparel, called [Sitting]. If you click on it, it will kick you out of the pipboy, and after a couple more seconds a small menu will appear. If you Disable Sitting, then you won't be able to sit or sleep while in sneak mode. If you Enable Sitting then you will be able sit and sleep as normal.

BTW... This mod is also available for FONV in the files section of Nexus. Also for those who intend to ever play TTW then the FONV version will work fine.
