Creating femine characters in fallout is a challenge so after a bunch of of trial and error I'm finally ready to share my work.

Preset 2 is the one I use and was the basis for all the other presets except 6. 

As of right now I only edited the female Caucasian presets, but I plan on at least doing the African American presets, if not the other two races as well. Meaning there may be an update for this.

If you use this please share your screenshots. Especially since I'm too lazy to take screens of the other presets.
