This mod is another player house in Grayditch to appease people who like this design better.

Much like another mod that I have,

This mod is a different house mod for the same area. This house is a couple of blocks down the street in a custom design cell from my other mod. This one is more conforming to the area that it's in, rather than a shack which resembles something from Megaton. Instead, it's a redone building like something that would be out in the open. I enclosed it, set up a wall around the door to allow for a bottleneck entrance inside (good for killing ants chasing you).
The interior features a living room/bedroom area that is fully furnished with rugs and shelves. There is a lot of storage in the main room, as well as having a few weapons around the house for low level players in the area.
The next room is the kitchen with a small bathroom off to the side. The kitchen features storage to differentiate Nuka-Cola from the rest of your food stuffs, two different tables and a small counter. There is even a back door to lead out into the alley.
The Exterior is a roof access with a sniper post. Three weapons can be found on the top including a sniper rifle, again for the low leveled players. There is plenty of storage to accommodate a sizable arsenal and the ammo to fuel it. Complete with a work bench sitting off to the side, this house can even be the home to high level players as a retreat.
