This mod tells the game to load the brown grass textures that already existed in the game files, in place of the green ones.
I created this mod as I had anti-aliasing transparency issues, and the green grass stuck out like a sore thumb, but the brown grass looked fine.
If you just wanted brown grass for immersion, this works fine.

=====Instructions=====

Drop the files into your Data folder
Go to \Documents\my games\Fallout3 and open Fallout.INI and FalloutPrefs.INI
Edit both of these for a better effect 

iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=7
iMinGrassSize=50

IiMinGrassSize can impact performance heavily, the default is 80, if you need to change it back
iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure's default is 2
