After being asked by Iwillkillyou178 about adding the advanced recon effect to the winterized t-51b helm I figured I would put it up on the nexus. It has all of the effects from Gopher's advance recon nightvision.  The nightvision, thermalvision, T.A.C., and also water-breathing.
