About this mod

A small Chinese spy bunker/safe house, left undisturbed since the Great War. At first glance, it appears to be a mini personal vault, but that’s just a decoy. Find the secret door switch to revel the hidden armory.

Permissions and credits
A small player home, created for my player character. It was mostly to learn the GECK. Also because I was looking for a player home without any bells and whistles (ie, water purifier, new powerful unique weapons, lots of free goodies, etc), but at same time lore friendly and somewhat unique.

Story:
Constructed one week before the Great War, it is a small personal vault commissioned by Chinese agents to use as a safe house/listening post. At first glance, it appears to be a mini personal vault, but that’s just a decoy. A small secret room was build into the bunker, which act as an armory and safe house.

Where:
Springvale, key is located in a white footlocker in one of the ruined houses (it should be the house that's facing you when you fast travel to Springvale).
Entrance to the spy bunker is located slightly west of the ruined house, right beside the rusted blue mailbox.

Features:
-Small and compact, it consists of two small rooms.
-Look for the secret door switch to access the armory.
-Bathroom, Window overlooking a small cavern, light switch, Juke Box, infirmary, work bench, Armory (with plenty of storage), and lots of furniture markers for sandboxing followers.
-Fairly lore friendly
-Navmeshed.
-The armory is also mostly empty, so it is not filled with goodies.

Requirements:
-Fallout 3 latest version.
-Operation Anchorage DLC (for meshes and Chinese propaganda poster textures).

Please let me know if you find any bugs, or have any suggestions and recommendations, or need any help with the mod.
And if you like the house, please endorse.

Cheers.

Where to find the Secret Door switch:
Spoiler:
Show

It is the Small Wall Lamp above the bobble-head display case.
