cause of a lot of requests (here and via pm) there are now both files available - new barrels with classic f3 body and backpack AND my gunbody version without backpack

Textures are overdone with higher resolution, more dust and dirt added for fallout look. avenger miniguns cooling is now solved with it´s texture to hold the polys low. the avengerbarrels are also a bit bigger then the one of the minigun.

little bit modified weapon stats with geck. gun has a little bit more dmg now and fires 10 shots more per second
and is more precise (i found the old eugene stats a little bit poor with just the increased damage)
one hook-cause of the higher rate of fire it eats much faster your ammo, so be careful not to run out.
normal minigun still uses normal rated stats

INSTALLATION:

1st:download FOMM (fallout mod manager)

2nd:change the value "bInvalidateOldFiles" from 0 to 1 in your fallout.ini and falloutfrefs.ini
@ my documents\my games\fallout3

3rd:extract the data (with directorys) from this .zip into your fallout3\data folder (include directory paths)

4th:start FOMM and choose new_miniguns.esp

5th:start Fallout3 ;)

this replacement has been made more for fun then for realismen or exact fitting into the game. i just wanted to try
out what´s possible with the geck release and i did not like that every unique looks like its normal pendant.
