Enjoy this variant of Sergeant RL-3. He's now a Protectron, though he retains his original voice and dialog. He also has improved stats over a normal Protectron for higher health and better critical chance.

You can acquire Sergeant RL-3 for a thousand caps outside of the RobCo factory.
