A simple mods that that adds a pair of glasses which will make you dependent on them.
How it works:
Once you equip the the glasses and then unequip it. Your screen will be made very blurry. The only way to make it is clear again is to equip the glasses. There are different versions of blurriness (see images)
How to acquire the glasses:
You can find them next to your bed at the start of the quest "Escape!" (see images for exact location).
If your character is already out of the vault you will have to get them via the console command "player.additem XX001BF6 1" where on the spot of XX the mods place of the loadorder needs to be filled in.
