UPDATE: Version 3.0 - 9/21/14 Final, Done. No More!! :P
OKAY...I know I said I was done but upon request and suggestion
I did one more FINAL version Fix. See New screenshots
I redid the exterior hiding it somewhat with junk clutter and containers(respawning)
I truly am done now. Feel free to edit to your liking. I am writing this off as experience
and besides..I really did have fun doing this. No harm done and thank you everyone for the 
kind suggestions and advice. :)

UPDATE: Version 2.0 - 9/21/14
Redone storage room, less cluttered, strictly a storage and workshop room now
Redone entrance making it with just a manhole, but it should of been somewhat hidden.
This was my first attempt at a Vault mod. Sorry it turned out kinda crappy.

I am releasing this as a FREE resource mod if anyone wants to mess with it.

UPDATE: 9/20/14 - 5:30 pm
Added esp without DLC. Simple removed some containers and activator which 
required the DLC. If I missed any please let me know so I can fix. Enjoy...

I need help with 3 scripts for Venus,Robbie,and Jenni see below towards bottom and screenshots for them.

This is my "first" vault mod I have built so please have a little consideration and bear with me. 
I still learning here :)

It's a basic vault safe house in Bethesda ruins. See Screenshot have tested the doors and all the activators.
I tested it several times and all seems good.  No lag either.

Features:
2 beds, Nice bedroom, bathroom, Auto Doc (infirmary script),Lab Center, Wall Radio's ( Enclave and GNR ),
Spacious kitchen with cupboards and drawers, Vending Machines, New Clean Refrigerators, 
Vaultboy's special Fatman, Elite Enclave Armor(upgraded version),
added small desk containers that were static, now containers,Nice storage area (separate cell), static vanilla decorations,
companion bed in room off main room, snack coolers, emergency escape route to R.C. Market Place and possibly more.
Plenty of storage to fit your needs. Nothing should re-spawn except vending machine & trash can outside to right of Entrance.
Map Marker, nice clean exterior entrance. Nothing Fancy.---I worked really hard on this and I know it it's not the best.
But for someone just starting out it should be alright. "A WIP"I need help with scripts. I do not know how to write them.
Suggestions on what scripts to use would be so helpful too.Scripts for:
R.o.b.b.i.e (adult male voice) vendor script? buy, sell, repair?---
J.E.N.N.I.(female child voice) just talks to ya now. Maybe skip her?---
V.E.N.U.S.(female adult voice) doctor's script? Then I'd remove the auto doc thing and use Venus as auto doc.---  
INSTALL: 
copy folders and esp to data folder,use a form of archive invalidation and launch.
