Adds 2 plants to the wasteland that spawn fruits similar to NV.

Basic mod .
All it does is it adds two set of plants in random places in the wasteland usually near big cities that spawn crunchy and chewy mutfruits . There are about 20 or so locations. They look different so you will be able to tell them apart.
The chewy mutfruit plants produces 4 chewy mutfruits every 7 days. The stalk is smaller and bends down. The fruits appear on the stalk and once picked up (E activated) they vanish and 4 chewy fruits are added to your inventory. After 7 days fruits will appear again on the stalk and can be picked up. This goes on forever. This is similar to NV plants somewhat . Except I don't think NV plants respawn fruits not sure. This one does.
Same thing with the crunchy plants except they spawn 3 fruits every 5 days. The stalk is straight and tall.
The plant in the screenshot is crunchy type and is located right in front of Megaton close to the carvan merchants.
Pair it with any other mod you like especially survival mods or hunger thirst or anything that uses chewy/crunchy mutfruit as resource as they are made potentially infinite resource in this mod.

Do whatever you wish include it everywhere just make sure you credit d_ivanov for his work. You can credit me or not . Your choice.
The mod was made possible using model/meshes/textures of mutfruit plants by d_ivanov found here http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/11900/?. Is not obvious from the mod page that they are a modders resource but reading on the post section he clearly says they are for everyone to use. Thi s was inspired by NV and by coleen Fallout Foods. In fact im using same placements are his mod! Thank you.
TRIVIA: Mutfruit is a portmanteau of mutant and fruit. Even though both crunchy and chewy type of fruits are called mutfruits they are in fact completely different fruits from different plants.
The mod is part of my CB Custom Beginning mod but I decided to release it separately as a standalone mod may be useful to some.
