Time Lord Mod, fallout 3 version 2.1
This mod adds a perk that can be taken at level 2 stright after finishing with vault 101. The perk gives you the rad resistance (10%) and the ability to regenerate at the point of death (< 20 health or > 900 rads). A regeneration cycle lasts for 60 seconds and restores your health, limb conditions and clears your radiation rads. Currently regeneration can be initiated a total of 12 times, after which the only other option is to accept death...

At the end of each regeneration cycle you are given the option to change your race, facial features and hair style (as a side-affect of total cellular renewal). This change can be as drastic as you like, however there is currently a bug that prevents sex change during regeneration. 

Hopefully in the future I will add the option to willingly force a regeneration, also with time and experience I aim to improve the sound and visuals used during the regeneration cycle.
