This Megaton House is a little smaller then the vanilla Megaton player house coz when you look at the building from outside then go inside the vanilla house was always bigger on the inside 
So what i have done is made it so it looks like it does from the outside

i have NOT added working lights or shower like in my other Megaton House mod YET lol
NOW NAVMESHED the followers i had with me when told to make yrself at home now wonder around 

NO other DLCs or MODS needed
