Like the small description says this Megaton House gets rid of the big hole in on the first floor giving more room and adds working light switches for the main build and switches for the bedroom and bathroom

The bathroom has a working shower that will remove all radiation

All themes should work all i have done is move them around and getten rid of a few bits of clutter like bottles 
I would buy a theme again to change the positions
i have not done any work on the kitchen yet its taken all day to get to this stage but coming soon V1.2 will have a bigger kitchen area

NO dlcs or other mods needed in v1-v1.2 all VANILLA meshes and textures

Dancers added to themes( NEEDS A MOD)

NEEDS UMPA ANIMATION (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/634/?)
for the dances IF you know how to you dont have to download the esp file from umpa just the meshes and textures all you do is download the mod open file and copy the content into characters folder _male then into idleanims
most people do have UMPA Animation now but if not dont worry it is easy to add
