UPLOADER'S THIRD MOD! Just mentioning that towards any comments made...I'm still a newbie at this...be gentle with me. ;)
So. The whole fuss between Bannon and Seagrave Holmes has a paper hostage in the middle of it...a copy of the Deathclaw Schematic. Annoying, really. Seagrave is a general merchant, Bannon deals in clothing. So...if you side with Bannon and get his copy of the Deathclaw Schematic, you wind up paying more at Seagrave's shop...which you'll probably visit more than Bannon's...not to mention catching his ire. I find Seagrave to be a much more useful vendor as I'm usually using modded clothing or armor anyway. Plus, I just like Seagrave better than Bannon.
This mod allows you to side with Seagrave in the Council Seat stuff and still get Bannon's copy of the Deathclaw Schematic. What it does is place a copy of the schematic in a locked desk in Bannon's room, along with a note about how driven that Bannon is to keep that Council Seat of his. You'll have to pickpocket Bannon's room key (which you'd have to do to get into his room anyway), and once inside, you'll be able to use said key to open a locked desk to get the schematic.
Of course, it goes without saying that one could use this mod and then screw over Seagrave to get two copies of the schematic from Bannon at once...but you wouldn't really DO that, would you? :P That's why it's labeled as a cheat...I made this for myself because I got tired of getting screwed over myself in my own style of play for Bannon's copy...if it's within yours to just side with Bannon and get two copies, knock yourself out!
