UPLOADER'S SECOND MOD!  Please be nice in the comments.  I think I've got everything situated properly, but should you find wacky gameplay, report it here and we'll work it out...thanks!

Replaying Fallout 3 after a long absence and finding the little things annoying me more than they should...a product of getting old, I guess.  :)

The situation with Roy Phillips and his Ghouls relating to Tenpenny Tower is one that creates a "lesser of two evils" situation for me as a player.  Are the Tenpenny Tower inhabitants bigots? With the exception of Daring Dashwood, I'd have to say yes.  Is bigotry wrong?  Definitely.  Then is murdering a hotel full of bigots the right thing to do?  Hell, no.  Two wrongs never make a right...and in my book at least, Roy is wrong to want to murder all the bigots in Tenpenny Tower...leading me to, unfortunately, side with the bigots and kill Roy and his followers before things get completely out of hand.  Can you (outside of mods found here on the Nexus) negotiate a peaceful settlement between the Ghouls and Tenpenny Tower residents?  Yes...but after a while, when you return, the Ghouls have murdered every human in the tower...in a sense proving the humans right about the Ghouls.  No-win situation...the only way (unmodded) to solve this, again, in my book, at least, is to kill Roy and his followers.  A major downside of this is the Ghoul Mask...it goes with Roy Phillips when he dies.  This mod is an attempt to fix that.

All this mod does is place a Ghoul Mask in a box in Roy's quarters in the Warrington Station, along with a note that hopefully still falls within lore and gives a little insight to Roy's thought processes during this situation.  If you can find the Quantum in that area, you can find the Ghoul Mask...that's all I'm saying. (There IS a "Read Me" in the zip file with a better spoiler hint.)

Installation should be pretty standard...either use NMM, or just drag-and-drop the ESP file into your Data folder and tick it in your launcher...if you want to remove it, just delete it...like I say, standard stuff.

Enjoy!
