Removes the static from GNR before you repair the transmitter, allowing you to listen to it clearly throughout the wasteland.

Yet another quick and dirty mod.
This alters the initial broadcast power of Galaxy News Radio so that it can be clearly heard throughout the Capital Wasteland. No static, no dropping off as you get too far away from the DC metro center. Just pure perfect reception from the start of the game.
To be clear, this doesn't alter any quests relating to GNR. You still need to repair the busted transmitter for Three Dog, and in fact people like Gob will still complain that GNR can't be heard clearly. The only difference is in what you hear, and what you hear will be perfectly clear.
Basically, this is intended for people who have played the game through several times and really don't get anything out of GNR being all static-filled other than annoyance.
