Adds a raider to Springvale School that has 2 unique Fallout 3 cut weapons, Wanda assault rifle and Excalibat and a key to a locker near him that has a armor I created. The armor looks like Rivet City Security armor but has 38 Damage Resistance and the same effects as the ranger combat armor. Its has around 750 health and I think is worth 600 caps.
