First mod ever, really new to GECK and don't want to play around with it too much.

Okay, I am a super noob to modding and creating my own stuff. Truthfully, I barely have any idea what I'm doing. This is my very first mod, basically just getting my feet wet. But without further ado, allow me to introduce the Railway Spiker!
Basically just a Railway Rifle with unlimited ammo and beefed up stats. 95 base chance for VATS, 100 base damage, and is automatic (2 spikes per second) and silent (sorta). Still uses the default skin, still uses the default sound (though honestly train horn sounds much better now that it's automatic), and, most importantly, still nails stuff to other stuff. I don't recommend use in VATS since it just fires a bunch of spikes and I don't know how to fix that (help?).
I don't expect many downloads/endorsements, or really any comments. But any constructive criticism is appreciated, along with pointers and requests for other god weapons as those are super easy and pretty much the only things I feel comfortable with right now.
As far as I know it shouldn't conflict with any other mods or even have any bugs. All I did was play with some numbers, and if it's buggy or whatever then I have no clue what's wrong. Oh right, and before I forget, it isn't anywhere in the world, you need to add it with console commands, base id "xx000ea7" (without quotation marks of course). I really shouldn't have to say since I expect pretty much everyone knows, but "xx" is the number it is in your load order. For example, in my load order it is 33000ea7. I really don't think anyone needs my permission to use/edit/reupload this file, it's just a change in numbers and a few minor attributes, but if it gets taken down for whatever reason and you feel the need to do something with it, then if it makes you feel better to ask then go ahead.
