UPDATE: I have released a version which should have about 1% as many worn off messages. (You'll get one every now and then but hardly ever) Other worn off messages for other chems are unaffected.
Stimpacks are meant to give fast relief but not instantaneous.
This makes it so that about half the healing of a stimpack occurs in one second with the rest occurring over the next 2 seconds. This helps eliminate the 11 hour stimpack spam by roughly halfing its effectiveness while not making stimpacks useless for immediate relief, the 3 seconds simulates you actually injecting yourself and pushing down the needle.
