I love Megaton. It is my favourite city in Fallout 3 and I usually save Megaton during the atomic bomb quest (The power of atom). However, I've realised that the Megaton player home doesn't have enough space for storing all of the items I brought back home from my numerous adventures. To fix that, I created a small, lore-friendly storage shack just outside of the house so I could put all of my stuff there.
I'm sure that many "hoarders" playing Fallout 3 have the same problem. As such, I've uploaded this mod to the Nexus so that everyone could enjoy this shack, which includes:
-6 safes
-6 lockers
-4 footlockers
-4 trunks
-A terminal in the shack which can be used to lock and unlock the aforementioned containers and for locking and unlocking the shack door from the inside
-A key for unlocking the safes manually
-A working light switch
-A terminal outside the shack which can only be used to lock the shack, but not unlock it (so you can have your shack locked at all times, but some random Wastelander can't gain access to your precious treasures kept inside)

NOTE: The shack can only be unlocked with the Megaton house key (or by using the console, of course), so you can't use it if you haven't finished the Megaton atomic bomb quest. The terminal outside the shack is unlocked at all times, but its only use is to lock the door.
